CHASSIS 

Heavy duty and extra durability designed I beam;opting for high tensile steel ,welded by automatic submerged-Arc processes.Top flange 14mm-20mm,width 140mm; Middle flange 8mm-14mm; bottom flange 16mm-20mm; width 140mm

LOADING RAMP    

 It is a pnemautic or hydraulic system. Ramp movement shall be provided by installation of a covered buton on to the tail part. Width of the ramp shall be 800 or 1000 mm according to lowbed

PLATFORM

Top middle part of the platform shall be covered by 3/4 mm thick metal sheet pursuant to utiliziation. Rubber or Hardwoods shall be installed onto the sides of the platform ( points where the pallet or wheels are) to provide maximum friction.

AXLE

– Is manufactured in accordance with the European standards.It has a carrying capacity of 12 to 20 tons and donated Brake lining. Axle is certificated by ISO 9001 and 100.000 km warranty.
– 2 axles with the capacity 12-14-16-20 tons, are used
– BPW, FUWA or local famous brand Axles
– There are brake shoes and heavy brake levers suitable for TSE norms

BRAKE SYSTEM

- Dual circuit brake hardware, 24” Service brake bellows fitted to axle 3 24×30” Emergency brake fitted to axle 1 and axle 2 Load balancing distribution valve, Automatic or manual brake adjusters

ZincRich epoxy gray is used for first protecting.

1-2 Times of high quality paints are applied on trailer protects against humadity
