Maxway Trailer manufactures high quality V Type cement trailer from China to World. In our W Type cement trailer we use Weichai motor compressor for discharging and we use ST material on boiler. With this trailer you can carry bulk powder, cement, powder, grain, sodium bi carbonate and any bulk and powder materials. According to demand we can change the technical specificataions. Maxway Trailer can produce V Type cement trailer between 22 Cbm to 70 Cbm.

Chassis:

Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded automatically by submerged welding machine. They are welded between 120/14 mm bottom or top steel plate and 5 mm hub plate.

Before the painting, all surface is cleaned and sand blasted carefully

PPG brand primery Epoxy gray is used for first protecting.

PPG brand paint 2 Times of high quality paints are applied on trailer

Thickness of painting checked by electronic devices

The color of trailer is selected by our customer according to RAL codes
