MAXWAY Trailer manufactures high quality tipper from its Worldwide customers. In our tipper we use parts which is well know from all trailer users. You can load any kind construction materials on this semi trailer. According to your demand all technical specifications canbe changeable. Maxway Trailer can produce tipper in different capacities.

Structure;

Volume: 30 Cbm to 60 cbm

Tipper body is produced by qulity Steel plate. Side doors will be 4 or 5 or 6 mm and bottom will be 4,5,6,8 mm thickness. Body includes strengthened rack on the bottom. There are plastic parts to prevent wearing and noise on the points that contact with chassis.

Hydraulic:

Tipper movement is provided by  level 5 or 6 heavy telescopic cylinder brand certificated HYVA type or Local Famous Brand provides 45 degree tilt angle. Oil tank will be added to trailer, hydraulic contact between trailer and conveyor, is provided by 2 sockets

Chassis:

Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded automatically by submerged welding machine. They are welded between 12 to 20 mm bottom or top steel plate and 5 to 10 mm hub plate according to load

These racks are supported against being twisted with each other by binding them with axle beams

Axles: 

BPW, FUWA or local famous brand Axles

Suspensions ;

Air, Mechanical or Bogie Suspension with mechanical leaf spring suspension  

Brake System ;

ABS braking system will be used.

Brake Chambers ;

1 or 2 Axles with T 30/30 emergency brake chamber,2 axles with T 30 service brake chambers

Electrical system ;

2×7 pin sockets – 24V, lights accord to standard in SAE rear stop lamps, side marker lamps, brake safety warning lamps and signal light fitted at the rear

2 tail & stop combined lamps (red)

2 turn signal combined lamps (orange)

1 license lamp (white)

Tires;

385/65 R22,5 or 12 R22,5 or 13 R22,5 or 315/80 R22,5 ,11.00R20,12.00R20

Painting ; 

Before the painting trailer is sand blasted

ZincRich epoxy gray is used for first protecting.

1-2 Times of high quality paints are applied on trailer protects against humadity

The color of trailer is selected by our customer according to RAL codes
